Last night at the Heligan Night Garden turned out to be one of those evenings that stays with you for all the right reasons. ✨🌙

With family and friends alongside us 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦💛, we wandered through glowing trails, drifting snow ❄️, and the most beautifully crafted lanterns of animals and woodland creatures 🦊🦉🦡🕊️. Each one felt like a little story brought to life — foxes, owls, badgers, and birds lighting up the paths as if they were quietly guiding us through the gardens. Above us, the lights danced like fireflies in the sky ✨🪩🪷, adding a sense of movement and magic that made the whole place feel alive.

The immersive light installations were fantastic 💡🌌 — especially the stone circle setup, which felt like a playful, modern nod to the ancient stone circles of Cornwall 🪨🌿. It brought a lovely connection to the landscape and its history.

The hanging lights were another favourite moment, giving us a full Stranger Things / Hawkins vibe 👀⚡ — loved wholeheartedly by the teenagers and, admittedly, by the adults too 😄🙌. There’s something special about watching everyone, no matter their age, get completely swept up in the same sense of wonder.

We rounded off the night around the firepit 🔥, roasting marshmallows 🍡 and settling into the kind of relaxed conversation that only happens when you’re surrounded by good people and warm light.

A genuinely inspiring evening — full of creativity, laughter, and shared magic. ❄️✨🔥💛
